Cuba - When you haven't got the resources to put together a museum with lots of items on display, filling the display space with whatever you can
get hold of is important. Even if the subject matter has been long disgraced in the eyes of FIFA. This plaque, with the FIFA catch phrase,
"For the Good of the Game", bears the names of FIFA President Joseph Sepp Blatter and his Caribbean Vice President, Jack Warner. There are some very
good museums in Havana, but when you are a distant second to baseball, it's always going to be tough.
