May 1969 saw the Estreham Venture Scout Unit embark on a new venture. Ubique the magazine was born. Issue 2 was issued by
the combined Estreham Livingstone Venture Scout Unit, but this is where it all started. In 2019, we are all used to high
performing photocopy machines that seem to be able to do everything except make a good cup of tea. Back in the 1960s, copying
documents was a messy affair - with the Roneo Gestetner being a favourite copier. The quality of the printed word was not good
and scanning these pages often means that they are almost impossible to read. To help readers enjoy this first edition of Ubique,
each article has been re typed on a modern laptop and included with each scan.
